Fees once paid by the student or parents will not be refunded under any circumstances except class is being cancelled by tutor itself.

As we are providing online classes, there is no need of this policy, though in case if book is being sold via websites, then normal shipping rates are applicable as per website. Once shipped items cannot be replaced or returned.
